Just because you can put a lead on a cat doesn’t mean it’s going walkies haha!
I’d never try it on my cats!
When I was 7 I misguidedly tried it on my cat with string as the lead on her collar and she immediately turned into a tiny but terrifying ball of rage – yikes!
Some vets recommend this for indoor cats to get outside exercise.
I can see that this would be exercise for some cats but mine would never hear of it…
We took Oliver out once as per vets recommendation to eat grass. Needless to say he was more interest in the treeeeeees lol xD
Thanks for the belly laugh! The last two are familia. I eventually learned to walk with one cat I had by letting him dictate the route and not using a leash. Of course, he sometimes took me embarrassing places where I could imagine myself saying, “But officer…I was just walking my cat!” while my cat scampered off, unseen into some bushes. 😦
My cats would probably lead me down their own paths as well…
